About the Founder

Hi! I’m Kristine and I’m so happy that you’re here. Hopefully this is a step in your journey toward reclaiming your time, energy and peace.

I created Kaydee Management Solutions after watching numerous WILDLY talented individuals struggle with the day-to-day operations of their business while slowly falling out of love with their craft. Slogging through the [often-mundane] tasks necessary to operate a business was draining the inspiration & energy from these people, who opened a business because they loved their trade - not administrative work.

Small businesses are not always in a position where it makes sense to take on an employee. And - often - when you only need a few hours of assistance a week, it’s difficult to attract high-quality, dedicated candidates.

Fortunately, while so many of you were blessed with INCREDIBLE and beautiful talents, I was given the gift of “getting stuff done”. So that’s what I did and continue to do.

My background is in property management, most recently managing condominium associations and their Boards of Directors. The management skills that I developed over nearly 20 years in that industry created the perfect framework to create Kaydee Management Solutions and are still used in my work every day.

Outside of work, my husband and I are raising two spirited children - which 20 years in property management did NOT prepare me for ;) Most of our time is spent playing family games, watching Formula 1 races, raising foster kittens and planning our next adventure. Our goal is to get the kids to all 50 states by the time they graduate, so I’m always looking for travel tips & ideas!

Our Process

DISCOVERY CALL

We’ll connect to talk over the areas where you feel like assistance may be needed. It’s a great time to ask any questions to see if we would be a good fit for each other.

2.

PROPOSAL

After our chat, we will draft a custom proposal that encompasses the scope of service discussed as well and the terms of our partnership.

3.

KICKOFF

Once we have a signed agreement we’ll schedule our kickoff meeting where we will get all of the specific information needed to handle the contracted tasks.

4.

GET TO WORK!

As we start taking on the tasks assigned, we will be reaching out with questions along the way. Feedback is always encouraged and we can schedule weekly check-ins as well.
