  • While the majority of our work is contracted on an ongoing basis, we love to take on project work when we have availability to do so. This type of work includes filling in for team member absences, assistance with audits, company rebrands, startup assistance, website overhauls and more.

  • It is very important to us that we only work with people who value the work that we are providing. Accordingly, our contracts are in place for an initial 90 days of service and then you are free to terminate service at any point. Of course, we appreciate as much notice as possible.

  • All of our work is quoted based on the scope of the work, rather than an amount of hours. Our minimum for monthly service is $500/mo.

  • We LOVE the opportunity to provide on-location assistance when possible! For our clients in southeast WI we often assist with tradeshows, photoshoots, networking events, parties, etc. We also travel with/for clients when needed.

  • If you need us to use a particular program or app, then that is what we use! We are constantly learning new programs in order to make sure that we can properly service our clients. It is far easier for us to learn a new program than for your to switch over your processes to accommodate our preferred software.

  • There are; but not a lot. Cold-calling and collections are two that we do not handle at all. Other than that, if we are qualified to do it, we are open to a discussion!
